We design and manufacture our own products, which allows the company to maintain full control over quality and innovation. With a global presence, we have subsidiaries in Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Morocco and Japan, and distributes its products to over 70 countries.
Our Brazilian subsidiary, located in Pinhais and composed of a close-knit team of 20 professionals, is looking for a Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team.
You will act as a back-office partner to three Account Managers who lead key accounts across the On-Road, Off-Road, and Precision Agriculture markets. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and international industrial environment.
Essentials Tasks- Support the sales team with pricing, quotation preparation, and price adjustments.
- Provide direct assistance to customers, especially regarding delivery forecasts and general inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams in Brazil and abroad (notably Spain, Italy, Mexico, China, and India).
- Create and manage price tables, including tax calculations.
- Process customer orders and manage internal and external follow-ups.
- Operate the CRM system from opportunity creation to project handoff.
- Update sales forecasts and input data into SAP Business One (ERP).
- Prepare management reports on sales performance and business development.
- Monitor and share KPIs regularly.
- Register and maintain customer records in the database.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Strong written English skills (you will have the opportunity to practice and grow).
- Spanish and spoken English are considered strong advantages.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, eagerness to learn, and ability to prioritize.
