Responsibilities
- Manage the internal ticketing system, ensuring issues are promptly identified and resolved.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to inquiries according to team guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our platform and services.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English, with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
- C1/C2 Level of English proficiency.
