Production Supervisor Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled production supervisor to lead our team in Anápolis, Brazil. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for managing the production process, meeting quality and productivity standards, and ensuring efficient operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in production management, with experience in supervising teams, coordinating activities, and implementing quality control measures. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring performance metrics. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to team members, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies
