Job Title: Process Excellence Engineer

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive operational excellence through data analytics, process improvements, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling data analytics and ad-hoc case studies, machine utilization and capacity computations
  • Managing projects of plant and division initiatives
  • Supporting Lean Implementation Program, implementation of Lean Six Sigma concepts, development and presentation of training materials
  • Supporting Strategic Planning Exercises
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Management or other related engineering courses.

  • Fresh graduates may apply but those with 3-5 years of work experience are preferred (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to develop publication materials through Adobe/Canva is a plus
  • Has experience in handling and facilitating projects and case studies
  • Experience and knowledge in Lean Management concepts and Programs; with Lean Six Sigma Belt is a plus
