Process Improvement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve plant operations and division initiatives
  • Spearhead projects aimed at enhancing quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement lean management systems and six sigma methodologies
  • Generate key performance indicators reports and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • Fresh graduates welcome, but 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Adobe/Canva a plus
  • Proven track record of handling and facilitating projects and case studies
  • Knowledge of lean management concepts and six sigma principles; certified lean six sigma belt desirable
