Agricultural Project Coordinator

Role Summary

The Land Journey Manager plays a pivotal role in building trust with farmers, ensuring operational readiness, and capturing essential farm data to enable successful deployment of Enhanced Rock Weathering projects at scale.

• Act as the primary liaison with assigned producers, ensuring smooth communication, trust-building, and timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate with Legal and Operations to ensure all contractual obligations with farmers are clearly communicated, understood, and fulfilled on time.
• Lead the structured collection, verification, and maintenance of farm data (cropping calendars, tillage practices, nutrient use, land boundaries) to support deployment planning, MRV eligibility, and reporting needs.
• Implement and track farmer compliance with clients, Isometric, and other buyer requirements—covering sustainable practice training, agronomic consultations, and adherence to Terradot's safety protocols.
• Create scalable processes for farmer engagement, and data management. Develop a future-state workforce plan to manage growing producer portfolios as operations scale toward 2026 targets.
• Ensure alignment between Farmer Success, Legal, Operations, Agronomy, and MRV teams to deliver a seamless farmer journey after the contract is signed.

Key Requirements

Strong skills in agricultural data collection, organization, and analysis.

Demonstrated ability to create and implement scalable processes in field operations.

Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal oversight.

Familiar with commercial processes, basic contract handling, and legal documentation workflows.
