About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our team in creating exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth at our Regus business centres.

Job Summary

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your Regus centre, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales and marketing strategy for your centre, identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals, setting clear goals and expectations and providing ongoing training and development support.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your centre, making adjustments as necessary to improve performance.
  • Work closely with other departments, including finance and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of sales, marketing, and operational strategies.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
