Job Overview

This role is critical in providing expert clinical guidance and education on medical devices, procedures, and protocols throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Certification of centers, physicians, and staff in accordance with company standards
  • Interaction with key opinion leaders and proctors to ensure effective collaboration
  • Education on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance user expertise
  • Development and improvement of training curriculum, materials, and tools to optimize learning outcomes
  • Business intelligence and analytics to inform strategic decisions
  • Training and educating physicians and hospital staff on technical matters related to products and procedures
  • Providing follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support
  • Planning and implementing growth strategies within focused accounts to drive business expansion
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical devices and/or clinical experience, with key qualifications including:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as medicine or healthcare
  • Three years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and other software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex issues
  • Moderate knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular science and its applications
  • Moderate understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology
  • Moderate understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents
