Job Description:

The primary function of this position is to develop, code, build, quality assure, and deploy email communications. This involves creating email templates that resonate with customers' needs through personalized and relevant content. Additionally, you will design dynamic templates and manage their deployment process. You will collaborate cross-functionally with both the retention and digital teams to ensure timely execution.



Responsibilities:
  • Design responsive and dynamic emails using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars
  • Utilize template generators to create beautiful responsive emails
  • Collaborate closely with the Retention Team to ensure timely deliverables with effectiveness and efficiency, including the communication of status, complications, developments, and next steps
  • Configure A/B testing content (i.e. subject lines, pre-headers, hero imagery, messaging) for emails and/or landing pages per campaign initiative
  • Manage the email database, including audience segmentation and list creation/maintenance
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other members of the retention team
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering & QA teams to develop personalized and dynamic transactional email campaigns

Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience in email development
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Exceptional teammate who establishes positive working relationships
  • Endlessly curious, eager for knowledge, and likes to inquire, research, and ask questions
