We seek an expert Software Engineer with strong technical skills, hands-on experience, collaboration capabilities, and the ability to lead complex solution design while aligning with business goals in a financial sector context.
- Develop scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Maintain adherence to architectural frameworks, coding standards, and best practices in highly regulated environments.
- Built microservices in cloud or hybrid settings.
- Contribute to the design of backend systems supporting banking processes such as trade settlement, reconciliations, FX, and cash management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of distributed systems and SWIFT message standards (MX, MT), along with knowledge of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
