Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic financial support to the organization by analyzing and interpreting complex financial data, developing and maintaining financial models, and preparing detailed financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decision-making
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in financial planning and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen
- Proficient in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
