Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Business Partners by providing actionable business insights and handling ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining annual budget/strategy plans and quarterly forecasts for business units.
  • Perform month-end close duties, including financial statement analysis and collaboration with the General Ledger team.
  • Interpret variances to budget and forecast.
  • Drive continuous improvement of analyses and processes to support the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business trends from financial data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Oracle, Power BI, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
