Dental Network Pricing Specialist

This is a high-impact role where you will lead a team of analysts to evaluate and optimize PPO and DHMO provider compensation.

Key responsibilities include providing thought leadership in dental network development strategy, developing and implementing analytical strategies, overseeing data analysis projects, building tools, and providing actionable insights to enhance network efficiency and member satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or Statistics: A degree in mathematics or statistics is highly valued for this position.
  • Data Analysis Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience in data and analytics is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and/or VBA, with additional programming knowledge preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and lead multiple projects, as well as manage direct reports.

Location: This role will be based in one of our offices located in Bethlehem, PA; Boston, MA; or Hudson Yards, NYC, with remote work options available.
