Mobile Pet Grooming Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support our scheduler/customer service team in the mobile pet grooming industry.
Responsibilities- Clients will be informed on services and prices, with recommendations made based on breed and pet needs.
- Precise appointment details will be captured and groomers' schedules maintained by creating/rescheduling/canceling appointments.
- Groomers will be briefed on daily schedules and unusual circumstances.
- Responsive communication will be provided to groomers regarding customer and pet issues.
- Schedules will be reviewed for completed appointments and charges/payments verified.
- Credit card payments will be processed over the phone and reports analyzed to improve client retention.
- Mgmt will be informed of issues, actions, or problems.
- Superior verbal/written communication skills are required to explain services and book appointments.
- A minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience is necessary.
- The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, flexible, empathetic, polite, and professional with exceptional listening skills.
- A working knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Word/Excel is essential.
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple calls/issues at once is crucial.
- A positive attitude and a team player mindset is vital.
- English & Spanish speaker with excellent English level (written/spoken) is preferred.
