Job Overview:

As the Associate Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing indirect material needs for our Americana plant. This involves developing solutions and proactively managing sourcing needs for assigned categories.

You will foster collaborative communication between buyers and shared services transactional teams to drive procurement strategy and ensure policy compliance across the organization.

Additionally, you will account for cultural and organizational specifics to assess readiness for change and overcome any barriers to change.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers related to the category of spend.
  • Support Procurement Operations Leads with strategic supplier relationships through data-driven recommendations.
  • Participate in defining the sourcing strategy and executing negotiations for local contracts to meet financial targets.
  • Maintain relationships with local suppliers based on Global Procurement supplier segmentation strategy.
  • Contribute to organizational change management efforts for plant or country.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least three years of Procurement experience.
  • Work experience in multinational or large national companies.
