We are seeking a professional to drive business growth and expansion in national and international markets. This role involves leading complex negotiations, designing commercial strategies, and defining pricing policies to achieve sustainable revenue generation and market share expansion.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and expand key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead large-scale, long-cycle commercial negotiations to secure adequate margins and results aligned with corporate strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to identify growth opportunities in new markets and segments.
- Conduct market, competition, and trend analysis to propose innovation initiatives and commercial differentiation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in complex B2B sales, strategic account management, or business development in large or multinational companies.
- Proven track record of leading high-value negotiations and delivering consistent results.
