This key position will set technical direction, lead development initiatives, and ensure the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions. Leadership will drive the adoption of best practices, foster a culture of excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation and administration of Sales Cloud, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in partnership with internal teams.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to translate needs into technical Salesforce implementations.
  • Oversee Apex & Visualforce development, object & field creation, integrations, and daily Salesforce administration to support business operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, effective segmentation, and management, meeting reporting needs and optimizing customer data use.
  • Guide and mentor the Salesforce development team, promoting best practices in coding, object modeling, and system design.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Development with Apex.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
  • Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Strong experience in application security best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
  • Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
  • Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
  • Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Advanced level of English.
