Mars is seeking a Strategic Revenue Management Analyst to support the SRM Pricing Manager in enhancing pricing processes, monitoring, analysis, and decks.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage price tables and maintain dashboards for price tracking, P&L, and Scantech
- Act as a focal point for sales teams to process price discount requests
- Conduct forecast analysis for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Perform Price Volume Mix (PVM) analysis and provide recommendations
- Track and diagnose price execution issues in Shopping Brasil
- Be the focal point for pricing master data
- Graduate degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Statistics
- Pricing experience and certification are desirable
- Additional trade, sales, or finance experience is an asset
- Knowledge of statistics and high numerical ability are essential
- Intermediate English and FMCG or consultancy experience are required
