Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior headhunter to help find talented engineers willing to relocate to Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will play a crucial role in building trust with suitable candidates and convincing them to take on this exciting opportunity.

Living standards in Sweden are exceptionally high compared to other countries, making it an attractive destination for many professionals. Your primary task will be to identify potential candidates and present them with the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will work closely with our global team of recruiters, executive management, and delivery management teams to ensure a smooth relocation process for our consultants.

We operate in various fields including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Excellent service orientation, flexible mindset, and high quality awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English language skills.
  • Basic knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods.
  • Analytical, well-organized individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Possess durable and stubborn qualities with the ability to overcome challenges.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible individual with a representative appearance.
