About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

  • Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions for customers.

About the Team

The AWS Professional Services team is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation, preferably with AWS.
  • A minimum of 3 years of database experience, including SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Kinesis.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering cloud projects or cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of external or internal customer-facing experience, with a focus on complex and large-scale project management.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with automation and scripting, including Terraform and Python.
  • Expertise in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • AWS Professional level certifications, such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional.
