**Job Summary**:

Arcadis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment team and attract and select talent for Arcadis. In this role, you will contribute to the business's success by supporting recruitment, promoting engagement, and contributing to the retention of talent, and also directing actions to improve the Arcadian experience. You will also support the overall employer-of-choice agenda in the delivery of talent across a range of sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Discuss and review vacancy requirements with the hiring manager and advise stakeholders on processes and best practices to ensure that all roles are sourced effectively.

  • Manage a high volume of permanent vacancies across diverse levels and skill sets, ensuring that priorities are identified and met.
  • Interview scheduling
  • Alignment of position and salary with remuneration and Requesting Manager (SCA1).
  • Offer management, including sending proposal letters and negotiation of offers.

**Requirements and Experience**:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Complete Higher Education in Psychology, Business Administration, and Related Areas). (SCA1)

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages

Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn and other talent attraction channels.

Experience in Talent Partnering in technical and non-technical vacancies.

Happy to positively challenge the norm, and accepted ways of working, you will be able to evidence a continuous improvement mindset to assist us in our journey.

Good level of both written and spoken English
