Delivering Exceptional Client Experience
The Associate Client Advocate plays a pivotal role in client-facing tasks, focusing on day-to-day needs of commercial property and casualty clients. This involves working closely with producers and client advocates to strengthen relationships, develop placement strategies with brokers, and execute insurance programs.
In partnership with a client specialist from our Global Service Delivery team, the ACA leads client service activities while managing and mentoring the specialist. As primary point of contact for service, escalation, and placement needs, the ACA develops deep understanding of each client's business and industry to maximize program efficiencies.
The role is centered on delivering excellent client experience, while collaborating with leadership and broking teams to track market changes, prepare client proposals, and participate in key client meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining advanced knowledge of commercial property and casualty markets
- Developing placement strategies with brokers to meet client needs
- Collaborating with leadership and broking teams to stay up-to-date on market trends
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, ability to build strong relationships, and deep understanding of commercial property and casualty markets.
