We are seeking an exceptional AI engineering professional to lead the development of cutting-edge AI models and architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in designing and building multi-agent systems, including production-ready agentic backends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex AI systems using advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Implement prompt engineering, grounding, and context management strategies for optimal results.
  • Collaborate across the full agent execution cycle: reasoning, planning, action, and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable AI solutions using TypeScript.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building multi-agent systems and production-grade agentic backends.
  • Strong expertise in RAG-based systems and prompt engineering.
  • Deep understanding of the agent execution lifecycle: knowledge/context handling, reasoning, planning, actions, and feedback.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and awareness of emerging tools and libraries in the ecosystem.

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced knowledge of linear algebra, differential math, statistics, and AI-focused computer science algorithms.
  • Experience across the entire AI development cycle: from data discovery to model development, testing, and MLOps.
  • Background working in Azure-based MLOps workflows or similar environments.
