Business Operations Manager
Are you a strategic thinker with experience in sales operations? We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective process improvements and system implementations.
- Research and evaluate business requirements to align with company goals and process improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, including status updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Monitor and report success metrics, track and analyze performance, and ensure adoption of CRM solutions in the region.
- Work with global functions and other regions to drive policy and process standardization via system implementation.
- Build strong partnerships to mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations to ensure alignment and buy-in on CRM strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales operations/product marketing experience in a fast-paced technology company.
- Knowledge of ERP (NetSuite, SAP) and/or CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365), product marketing, or consulting experience in the technology sector.
- Proficiency in project management methodology and tools, experience presenting to groups/C-level executives.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional teams and influencing behavior at various levels in the organization.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency/proficiency in business English, both written and verbal.
