Key Responsibilities


• Accurately document business transactions within financial records

• Generate timely and precise financial statements

• Provide financial analysis support to various business units

• Ensure the integrity of financial reporting for ExxonMobil operations

• Conduct account reconciliations

• Balance inventory accounts

• Maintain accurate asset records and their disposal

• Oversee bank accounting processes

• Manage a significant volume of intercompany transactions

• Establish and recover appropriate cost flow setups

• Review and process Joint Interest Billings from/to Joint Venture Partners

• Offer financial accounting assistance to the business

About You

Required Skills and Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or engineering from an accredited institution

• Proficient in English with a high level of interaction with internal and external stakeholders

• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

• Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively

• Process-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of work activities
