Credit Risk Manager Job Opportunity

Join our organization as a highly skilled Credit Risk Manager. This key role will involve overseeing customer credit risk, supporting the credit team through effective credit assessments and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer data maintenance and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Assess and approve new customer account applications, performing credit checks and risk analysis.
  • Establish and review credit limits based on financial data, payment history, and risk appetite.
  • Manage credit insurance policies by submitting and tracking claims and applying for limits.
  • Resolve customer maintenance queries within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of credit decisions and bad debt accounts.
  • Support and deputise for the Credit Team leader when needed.
  • Provide excellent service and support to customers and publishers, taking ownership of all queries.
  • Administer and support the customer maintenance function within the team.
  • Assist the team in chasing payments and provide cover for the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of credit experience.
  • A relevant Credit qualification (CICM level 3 preferred or QBE).
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with credit checking tools.
  • Ability to work independently, but also support team members.
