We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team.
- To verify stock availability for delivery and transfer order generation.
- Contact the Warehouse area to arrange material preparation and obtain load dimensions.
- Request freight quotes from carriers and select the best option based on price and delivery time, aligning with Sales, Services, Operations, and Customer needs.
- Issue billing invoices (Nota fiscal) for large packs, consumables, service contracts, service parts, and software, double-checking taxes and customer requirements.
- Process loan, donation, and return operations in the SAP System according to established procedures.
- Inform relevant areas about changes in tax rates and request the IT team to update tables in SAP, followed by testing in the QA8 environment.
- Execute processes as described and documented.
- Meet and exceed deadlines expectations.
- Solve medium-to-high complexity problems.
- Maintain the area's document archive organization.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
