Job Summary

As a Product Specialist, you'll serve as the crucial liaison between our product and sales teams, advancing our core conversational marketing product offerings. Your role will be pivotal in championing these offerings and ensuring their success in the rapidly evolving landscape of business-to-customer communication.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Collateral Development: Create localized sales collateral, such as FAQ documents, 1-sheeters, product brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive battle cards, to equip sales teams with the information they need to effectively communicate the value proposition of our product or service.
  • Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver localized training programs and materials to onboard new sales team members and ensure existing team members are up-to-date on product features.
  • Sales Playbooks: Develop localized sales playbooks outlining product best practices for different customer segments or sales scenarios.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop between sales teams and product managers to ensure the sales team's needs and feedback are heard and addressed.
  • Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to sales teams, answering questions on Slack channels and providing guidance on product usage and best practices.
  • Product Go-to-Market: Own product go-to-market activities, including launch planning, monitoring customer leads lists, and tracking activation status.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in a product role working with other product managers and sales teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing sales collaterals and product training.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in digital retail solutions and/or in the digital marketing landscape.

  • English and Portuguese proficiency.
  • Experience working with or in a Product team.
  • Strong understanding of conversational marketing technologies, such as chatbots, messaging platforms, and AI.

We're a remote-first company, with collaboration hours generally within the Pacific Time Zone. Working hours range (7 hours behind UTC). We allow you to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you can overlap with 9 am - 1 pm Pacific time for team meetings and close collaboration hours (location-specific legal requirements permitting).
