Social Media Senior Strategist

Role Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the development of content strategies and planning across social media platforms. Your expertise in guiding cross-functional teams to create materials and tools for content strategy while managing crises that impact Social is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a strategic social media plan
  2. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as health, engagement, and reach to generate insights for the business
  3. Reputation management and crisis prevention/handling in social media, acting on governance, report production, impact analysis, and risk matrix
  4. Manage social listening tools and produce reports with perception and brand image analysis, health/tonality
  5. Monitor and analyze competition in the social media environment
  6. Disseminate insights, dashboards, and analyzes to contribute to the business as a whole, interacting with other areas and the marketing team
  7. Support the execution of the plan and achievement of OKRs defined for the area
  8. Manage stakeholder expectations, define prioritization, communications, and posting opportunities according to planning
  9. Audience management and engagement in proprietary channels - creation of guidelines, alignments, and weekly follow-up meetings with the Social CX area, weekly reports, and action plans
  10. Identify content opportunities and promote actions based on relevant insights
  11. Monitor, analyze, and report channel performance. If they are not performing well, suggest changes in the strategy
  12. Ensure native content suitability for social platforms, optimize efficiency, and final results of campaigns
