">Description:
">The position of Expert System Administrator is a key role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the operation of mainframe hardware and software, as well as ensuring the health and normal operation of systems.
">Responsibilities:

- Monitor system consoles for unusual conditions and work with system programming and production control staff to resolve issues;">
- Start and stop system tasks as needed and ensure that batch workloads run to completion without error or delay;">
- Analyze first-level problems for all systems, resolve and route as appropriate, supporting systems management processes specific to requirements;">
- Attend team standups and cross-functional interactions;">
- Learn new skills and enhance existing ones through training and development programs;">
Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, you must have a technical background in IT infrastructure and operational systems, with previous experience in support of large-scale mission-critical environments. You should also possess excellent customer relationship skills, a degree in an IT area or equivalent experience, and good communication and teamwork skills.
">Preferred Qualifications:
">Experience with programming languages such as JCL, REXX, Python/YAML, SQL, and others would be beneficial. Knowledge of software architectures, infrastructure such as X86, and network technologies is also preferred.
