Imagine a role that combines leadership with technical expertise. As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-performing engineering teams in the design and development of scalable web services and systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, 7+ years of engineering experience, and 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services. You must also have knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
In addition to these qualifications, it would be beneficial to have experience partnering with product or program management teams and communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements and describe software product features.
