Graduate Customer Success Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the best user experience for customers using our products.

  • This includes primarily focusing on the Tech segment, including store customers, and having a portfolio assigned to support expansion within existing accounts.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with other teams and participate in campaign efforts to connect with a diverse set of users of Canonical products and identify future champions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer-facing experience, be an empathetic individual with a natural drive to help others, and have passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu in particular.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
