Job Description

We're seeking a strategic and technically strong Product Management leader to drive the growth of our RAIN RFID solutions and service offerings.

This role owns the roadmap and execution for software and services that transform RFID signal data into business intelligence and operational value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the roadmap for embedded software, RFID services, cloud APIs, and intelligent data models
  • Lead delivery of embedded firmware and edge intelligence on readers, reader ICs, gateways, and mobile devices
  • Partner with engineering and data science to productize models that turn raw RFID signals into real-time insights
  • Engage with customers and partners to define requirements and validate product-market fit
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years in product management, preferably in embedded systems, cloud platforms, SaaS or IoT services
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Excellent communicator with experience aligning engineering and business teams
  • Strong technical foundation in wireless, edge computing, or sensing technologies
  • Familiarity with RAIN RFID, real-time event processing, or sensor data platforms
