Remote Growth Marketing Manager

We're seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in PPC strategy, ROI optimization, and team leadership to lead our marketing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through paid media and SEO-driven campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the performance of all lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms). Optimizing for customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS) across channels. Analyzing campaign performance to continuously improve lead quality and volume.
  • Leading a remote marketing team across multiple functions: PPC, SEO, Design, Automation, and CRM. Assigning tasks, setting clear KPIs, and maintaining alignment with company-wide growth objectives.
  • Implementing systems and processes to streamline campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Building and maintaining SOPs, playbooks, and QA checklists to drive consistency and accuracy.
  • Oversight of the launch, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns. Ensuring all marketing deliverables meet brand standards and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
  • Superior degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, or communications).
  • Proven experience in PPC strategy, ROI optimization, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
