We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our lead generation efforts through paid channels, focusing on Paid Search and LinkedIn Ads. In this role, you'll drive growth through data-driven experiments and technical implementation, collaborating with our Growth Team.

What You Will Do:
  • Encourage a spirit of curiosity and innovation to explore new approaches and techniques within our paid search campaigns.
  • Optimize existing campaigns and keywords with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough analysis and measurement for continuous improvement.
  • Infuse creativity into our paid search, paid social, and display ad strategies, seeking innovative ways to engage audiences and enhance campaign performance.
  • Develop internal tools to streamline the growth process.
  • Analyze data and propose feature improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest growth methodologies and industry trends.
Here's what we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in Search Engine Ads (Google).
  • 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Professional or academic experience in Growth Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a detailed understanding of business KPIs.
  • Knowledge in SQL, HTML, and Statistics (desirable).
  • 1+ years of experience in Bing Search Engine Ads (desirable).
  • Experience studying, living, or working for US companies.
  • Advanced level of English.
