**W**hat You'll Do for Us**
- The OU (operating Unit) Marketing Capability Manager reports into the Marketing Capabilities & Experimentation System Lead that is responsible for the implementation of the OU Mkt capability agenda, while connecting and integrating it to the global Mkt capability network.
- Lead the implementation of a compelling vision and strategic agenda for Coca Cola Mkt capabilities, in anticipation of the future. This includes defining the OU agenda, resources and calendars to advance Coca Cola knowledge, skills & competencies, experiences and learning culture, leveraging external best practices and in partnership with HR.
- OU Marketing Capability lead will interact regularly with the global Mkt Network Operations and Capabilities Lead, Experimentation at Scale Global Community and with OU Marketing Lead and broader OU marketing team.
- The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the global Marketing community.
- The role must be in contact with external partners in order to bring outside-in inspiration.
**EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor Degree;
- 6+ years of experience including Marketing, Innovation, Capability Management, Project Management,;
- We are looking for change agents that have a learning mindset, MVP approach towards lest, learn and scale, are curious, passionate about 10X mindset/tools and have a balance of creativity and business acumen, hence able to transform Marketing by bridging the future and the present, global and regional.
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
- Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred.
- English is required.
**PRIMARY LOCATION**:
Primary location will be Brazil; however Flexible Location is allowed (within Latin America countries). Budget Relocation not approved for this role.
