In the ever-evolving landscape of Brazilian agribusiness, our client is seeking an exceptional executive to lead their treasury department. With a strong focus on sustainability and operational efficiency, the company aims to consolidate its position as a leader in the industry.

As the Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning financial practices with the organization's strategic objectives. By implementing effective cash flow management strategies and optimizing financial resources, you will contribute significantly to risk mitigation and the sustainable growth of the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cash Flow Management: Develop and implement treasury policies that integrate cash flow forecasting models, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic financial objectives.
  • Daily Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable and receivable using ERP systems and financial automation to maximize efficiency.
  • Working Capital Analysis: Conduct analyses of working capital needs, applying working capital management techniques to reduce financial costs and improve cash conversion cycles.
  • Financial Risk Management: Implement and monitor financial risk management strategies, including derivatives and hedging to protect the company against currency and interest rate fluctuations.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce and present analytical financial reports using key performance indicators and financial dashboards to support directors' decision-making.
  • Relationships with Financial Institutions: Coordinate relationships with financial institutions, ensuring compliance with banking operations and adherence to regulatory standards relevant to the sector.
Minimum Requirements:
  • English Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
  • Financial Experience: Proven experience in financial management and treasury, preferably within the agribusiness sector.
  • Cash Flow Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cash flow management and financial risk mitigation.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to utilize financial planning and data analysis tools effectively.
