Opportunity Overview">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned communications professional to join our team as a Communications Manager. As part of this role, you will drive strategic communications plans and campaigns aligned with local market opportunities and business focuses. You will maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class communications that support business growth in the region.Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate corporate brand and messages internally and externally through researching, writing, and editing press releases, white papers, speeches, internal communications, online communications, and other related documents.
  • Showcase the company as a Thought Leader and support delivery of a gold standard employee experience.
  • Coordinate development and execution of tactical communications plans.
  • Handle media inquiries, create media opportunities to work story pillars across the market.
  • Coordinate external and internal communications activities such as Town Halls, media events, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of communication strategies, being accountable for local communications KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with global Communications teams to share insights, adopt best practices, and ensure strategies are scalable and effective.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify communications impact and reinforce market presence.
  • Partner, advise, and empower internal stakeholders to support thriving communications culture.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years in communications, with a preference for those experienced in marketing B2B software, cloud, fintech, or content solutions.
  • Demonstrate results-oriented approach with a proven track record in data-driven communications and a drive for continuous innovation.
  • Communicate effortlessly in native-level Portuguese, with an advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Passion for making direct impact on the brand and the company's growth.
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate effectively within matrixed organization, engaging with stakeholders across various functions and regions.
  • Capacity to work autonomously, managing priorities to maximize business impact.
  • Proficiency in coordinating with external agencies and leveraging in-house expertise.
  • Strong relationship management abilities, capable of connecting with internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners.
  • Collaborative team player, contributing positively to collective goals.
