The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketing and communications plans aligned with business priorities;
- Mentoring and developing team members on core marketing and communications disciplines;
- Providing guidance on budget management and resource allocation;
- Leading regional and cluster market media relations initiatives;
- Collaborating with business and functional leaders to promote consistent brand identity across businesses.
Our team is responsible for telling AIG's story, creating compelling narratives and campaigns that drive business results. We work closely with various stakeholders to achieve business goals and growth targets.
