We have over 110 offices worldwide and work with major global clients on ambitious and highly technical projects. We're looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team.

Job Description
  • Review the Communications Plan for the region and drive alignment across our business segments.
  • Support the launch and roll-out of company-wide initiatives on behalf of the UK business.
  • Manage relationships with third-party agencies and suppliers when required.

Internal Communication

  • Develop communications around employee engagement action plans and promote Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Create multi-media content regularly on our intranet and own the Latam newsfeed.
  • Adapt and create content for internal audiences as required.

External Communication

  • Write and manage Latam content on external digital and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the global digital team and other content creators to publish content on the website.
  • Support social media training and create ways for employees to advocate for our brand on social media.

Communication reporting

  • Collate monthly reports and inform the Board on the development of digital content within our remit.

Qualifications

  • Journalism, Marketing or related degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
