Our organization is seeking a highly skilled category procurement professional to drive fulfillment and gross margin expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the national supply chain, ensuring high customer satisfaction rates for goods.
- Recruit, maintain, manage, and eliminate suppliers within assigned countries to improve customer demand satisfaction.
- Implement national category planning, optimize costs, and enhance price competitiveness.
- Design stocking plans and manage stocking turnover based on customer needs.
- More than 5 years of experience in industrial products or related fields with a deep understanding of market structure, industry trends, and dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with suppliers.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
- Good professional ethics, creativity, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to accept challenges.
- High sensitivity to data with the ability to conduct effective analysis and decision-making.
