Role Overview
We are looking for a category procurement specialist who will be responsible for driving fulfillment and gross margin.
Responsibilities
- Undertake the construction and sourcing of the national supply chain, and ensure satisfaction rates of goods.
- Recruit, maintain, manage, and eliminate suppliers in the country to which they belong, and improve customer demand satisfaction.
- Implement national category planning, continuously optimize costs, and enhance price competitiveness.
- Develop stocking plans according to customer needs, and be responsible for stocking turnover.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in the industrial products industry or related fields, with a full understanding of the industrial products market structure and familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
- Good professional ethics and conduct, passionate, creative, and willing to accept challenges.
- Sensitive to data and able to conduct effective data analysis and decision-making.
