Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to oversee our global operations and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our financial structure, reporting, compliance, and investor support.


This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow into a CFO position. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement financial plans, manage budgets, and optimize costs.


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage processes hands-on. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish being an advantage.


You will be comfortable working with new technologies, automation tools, and AI, with an early adopter mindset preferred. Experience in the gaming or B2C industries is also advantageous.
