Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable backend systems using best practices.
  • Develop and iterate features quickly while maintaining high engineering quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Design, extend, and implement APIs.
  • Ensure high engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics.
  • Improve engineering efficiency by automating tools and processes.
  • Define engineering processes for product launches and releases.
  • Help grow the world-class engineering team by running technical interviews.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Node development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Microservices and Cloud infrastructure.
  • Advanced algorithm knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and clean code principles.
  • Experience developing entire applications from scratch.
  • Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
