Senior Node.js Software Developer
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Node.js Software Developer. This position is part of our global team of software engineers working on various projects using cutting-edge technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity for talented professionals with experience in Node.js development to join our multicultural teams distributed worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will design, extend, and implement APIs, create engineering efficiencies through automation and development of tools, help us grow the world-class engineering team via running technical interviews, architect Bandit backend systems using best practices, and implement and iterate features in a tactical manner and rapid pace.
Key Responsibilities- Design, Extend, and Implement APIs: Use your expertise in Node.js to design, extend, and implement APIs that meet the requirements of our projects.
- Create Engineering Efficiencies: Develop automated tools and processes to streamline our engineering workflow and improve overall efficiency.
- Help Grow the Team: Participate in running technical interviews to identify and recruit top talent for our engineering team.
- Architect Backend Systems: Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using best practices and industry standards.
- Implement Features: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate features in a timely and effective manner.
- Experience in Node.js Development: 5+ years of experience in developing applications using Node.js.
- Video and HLS Experience: Proven experience in working with video and HLS technologies.
- Advanced English Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
