As an Event Marketing Lead, you will drive the evolution of our vision and strategy in LATAM.

You will lead a team of professionals across multiple countries and onboard new members to support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing partners to create comprehensive strategies aligning with overall Meta goals and branding.
  • Ensure progress on priority work-streams and help build decision-making frameworks.
  • Drive consistency across programs strategically, functionally, and creatively.
  • Understand market needs, evaluate resources, and drive operational models for sustained growth.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize efforts and drive efficiencies through effective planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with agency creatives, designers, and producers on digital projects.
  • Leadership experience and ability to build, lead, and inspire teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of today's advertising, marketing, media, and competitive landscape.
  • 10+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams or stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of marketing strategy experience, preferably in the advertising industry.
