We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Analyst to join our team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on complex technical issues, utilize your customer service skills, and enhance your knowledge of technology systems.
Job Description:This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal stakeholders. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair desktop hardware/software technologies, as well as provide onsite/remote desktop support and take Service Desk calls and chats.
Responsibilities:- Perform installations, trainings, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of all OpCo desktop hardware/software technologies.
- Provide onsite support for walk-in colleagues at TechStop.
- Provide onsite/remote desktop support & take Service Desk calls and chats support.
- Perform activations and supports Mobile devices.
- Assist with setup, and operation of audio visual hardware as required by end user.
- Two years' work-related experience preferred.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technology issues.
- Work in a very busy and fast-paced environment.
