Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to lead the commissioning and maintenance of delivery enabling frameworks within a client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective liaison between the client engagement and wider operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning Framework: Commission and maintain the Project Planning Framework & Planning Processes to ensure that projects formulate comprehensive and complete plans, which provide confidence that deliverables are well-defined, activities are logically correct, effort is estimated accurately, and resources are appropriately skilled.
  • Project Execution Framework: Commission and maintain the Project Execution Framework that enables project execution to take place consistently across workstreams, providing confidence that tooling is being used effectively, documentation standards are applied consistently, and execution workflow is being used consistently across workstreams.
  • Project Tracking Framework: Ensure that the Project Tracking Framework is commissioned and maintained to drive out the necessary project management information that provides project leadership with granular information pertaining to planned progress, actual progress, clear visibility of execution variances, and mitigation requirements.
  • Project Quality Framework: Ensure that the Quality Framework is commissioned and maintained to drive compliance with finite quality criteria that each phase and stage are required to meet, ensuring that project phases are commenced and completed in a manner that maintains the integrity of the project critical path.

Benefits

This role offers a contract position with a competitive hourly rate of R$35.00 - R$40.00 per hour.
