Key Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of our personalization and optimization systems, defining our ML architecture and influencing strategic direction across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a company-wide personalization strategy to drive business results through data-driven decision making
  • Leverage technical expertise to solve complex challenges in machine learning and data science, ensuring scalability and efficiency
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning techniques
  • Establish standards and patterns for all machine learning teams to ensure consistency and quality
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor senior engineers to foster technical excellence
  • Represent the company in the external machine learning community through research and presentations, showcasing expertise and thought leadership
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience building machine learning systems, with a focus on personalization and deep domain knowledge
  • Proven expert in machine learning systems, with notable achievements, publications, or significant industry impact
  • Demonstrated track record of innovative solutions in personalization systems, with a strong understanding of multiple approaches
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences, with the ability to influence without authority
Technical Expertise
  • Advanced machine learning architectures at scale, including real-time systems and edge deployment, to optimize performance and reduce latency
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder marketplace optimization, online learning, and adaptive systems to drive business growth
  • Strong understanding of privacy-preserving personalization techniques and their applications to ensure compliance and trust
