Nursing Care Director

We are seeking a Nursing Director to oversee the delivery of care for our patient treatment units. The ideal candidate will have experience managing nursing staff and contributing to quality improvement efforts.
Job SummaryThe Nursing Manager is responsible for directing the delivery of care in accordance with established standards of care, mental health practice, and hospital policy. This position involves supervising nursing staff and assisting in performance and quality improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and direct the delivery of care for an assigned patient treatment unit(s)
- Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts and assist in developing and implementing quality initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing required
- Current licensure required
- 3-5 years of nursing experience required
- Thorough knowledge of TJC, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements preferred
